YAKO Dispatch — Terms of Service

Welcome to YAKO Dispatch (the “Service”), provided by YAYAKO Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.

You can cancel anytime during the trial. After subscription, fees are charged monthly; paid fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing at any time.

5. User responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate registration information

  3. Not upload illegal, infringing, defamatory, sexual, or harassing content
  4. Not use the Service for unlawful activities
  5. Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or attack the Service
  6. Ensure the customer personal data you enter complies with the PDPA, with a lawful basis or the customer’s consent (see Section 7)

7. Customer personal data and the PDPA

The Service involves “customer personal data” (customer name, phone, address, signature, completion photos) that you (the user/company) input for dispatch operations. For such data:

  1. Roles: Under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you (the company/owner) are the collector and controller of such data and bear sole responsibility for its lawful collection, processing, and use; YAYAKO Studio acts solely as a processor that stores and processes such data on your instructions, and will not use it beyond providing the Service.
  2. Your warranty: You warrant that the customer personal data entered into the Service complies with the PDPA (notice given, a lawful basis, or the customer’s consent obtained) and that you are entitled to provide it for processing.
  3. Customer rights: Customers wishing to access, correct, or delete their data should contact you (the collecting company), who will respond per the PDPA; we will assist within technical means.
  4. Indemnity: If your breach of this Section or the PDPA causes any third party (including customers) or authority to assert a claim, demand, or penalty against YAYAKO Studio, you shall indemnify us for the resulting losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees).
